Requirements to Register
Teams: 2-Person Teams
League Fee: $130 per team
To be officially registered, each team must fill out the form below and pay. We have room for up to 20 teams, so reserve your place NOW!
Referral Program: For any NEW Fowler team that a current team can get signed up for league, from now until Easter, will get $20 off league fee/team.

Every THURSDAY starting April 18th through May 23rd!
If you make it all the way, the Playoff will be held on Thursday, May 30th!
